Below you will find helpful information about our Christmas and New Year activities and events for 2024.

What date do your Christmas decorations go up?
Our Christmas decorations will be up by end of November.

If I can’t get there because of inclement weather?
Unless Tŷ Milford Waterfront is forced to close due to the inclement weather, we will not be able to refund or transfer bookings.

Can you offer transport?
We do not operate transport to or from Tŷ Milford Waterfront. View directions here.

Do I have to pay for parking?
Complimentary car parking is available for hotel guests situated opposite the hotel on the Milford Marina, just a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Alternative complimentary car parks can also be found at either end of the Marina at Mackerel Quay and under Victoria Bridge.

How do I order a taxi?
Taxis can be booked from the main reception desk.

Can you send me a Christmas brochure?
We do not have a printed Christmas Brochure. All information relating to festive stays, dining and party nights can be found on our website.

How do I inform you of dietary requirements?
Please advise a member of staff on the day of your visit of any vegetarian, vegan or allergen dietary requirements.

I don’t like the menu. Can you provide something else?
Whilst we will make every effort to cater for all dietary requirements, we are unable to provide alternatives to the set menu outside of those requirements.

Can I see the special dietary menu?
Menus are available to view on our website.

How do I reduce the number of people in my party?
Please contact the events team on 01633 410 252 to reduce the numbers within your party. Please note that all deposits are non refundable and non transferable.

What are your payment terms?
No immediate payment is taken at the time of booking, though your card details will be taken as a guarantee. Please review your booking confirmation for details regarding the cancellation policy for your festive dining experience.

Yes, visitors can book online here.

Can I visit Tŷ Milford Waterfront on Christmas Day if I am not a hotel guest?
Our hotel is open on Christmas Day to those who have a pre-booked reservation for either lunch or accommodation.

What are your payment terms?
£25 non-refundable deposit per person required at the time of booking, with the full balance due by 18th December. We are not able to provisionally hold places at any of our parties, and we cannot accept part payments.

We welcome everyone, regardless of their requirements. Some of our venues have limited disabled access. If you require assistance, please inform us beforehand. If we cannot accommodate the requirements at your chosen event, we will endeavour to arrange an alternative venue.
